The State Lease Data contained in this Web Site is public data and was obtained freely from the State Lands and Investments Office, State of Wyoming.

WyomingLeases.com does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Web Site or the Service and Subscriber acknowledges that the reliability, availability, performance and other aspects of the Internet are beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall WyomingLeases.com be liable to Subscriber for any damages, direct
or indirect, including any lost profits, lost savings, interruption of business, loss
of business opportunities or other incidental or consequential damages, arising out
of your possession, use of, or inability to use the Web site, even if WyomingLeases.com
has been advised of the possibility of the damages, or for any claim by any other party.
In any case, WyomingLeases.com's entire liability under any provision of these Terms and
Conditions of Subscription shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Subscriber
for the Subscription.
INDEMNITY
Subscriber shall indemnify and hold WyomingLeases.com, their officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any claim, demand or action, irrespective of the nature of the claim, demand or action, alleging loss, costs, damages, or expenses, resulting from your authorized or unauthorized use, possession, modification, or alteration of the Web site.
SUBSCRIBER (AND ALL USERS) RIGHTS
Subscriber and Users may make unlimited searches of the Web Site. Purchasing a Subscription does not give the Subscriber the right to copy digitally or by other means, the entire or any portion of The Lease Data or Search Results and Output or create a derivative for the intent of profit through resale or profit by any commercial means.
USER NAME AND PASSWORD
User names and passwords are confidential information that should not be shared by
Subscribers who have a single user subscription. Subscribers under a multiple user plan
may disclose their user name and password only to the number of additional users at
their organization authorized under the multiple user plan for which the subscription
fee has been paid.
User name and password for your subscription may not be sold, rented, or shared.
Subscriber agrees to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your user name
or password or any other breach of security by email to info@WyomingLeases.com.
MULTIPLE USER SUBSCRIPTION
Subscriber will ensure that each user who is part of its Multiple User Subscription Plan is made aware of and agrees to comply with all the terms hereof.
DATA UPDATE
WyomingLeases.com will expeditiously update the database in a workmanlike and timely manner as the data is released to the public. WyomingLeases.com however cannot guaranty any specific time period when updates will become available to Subscriber.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription by disposing all records of your user name and password and ceasing use of Web site. No refund will be provided upon such cancellation.
PRIVACY
Except in response to legal process, WyomingLeases.com will not disclose, disseminate, sell, lease or transfer any private information provided to it by Subscriber to any third parties. Otherwise, all data, information, compilations, statistical analyses, profiles, membership history and transaction records are the sole and absolute property of WyomingLeases.com
